How to avoid the worst coaching hires ever
In an era when most coaches are hired for the position of coach, it’s hard to find someone who’s never been the head coach.
You need to be the best, or at least be the most experienced, in your field.
You can hire a guy who’s been in the league a few years, or a guy whose only experience was at an elite college program.
You don’t need to know everything about every coach, but you need to have a deep understanding of how the job functions.
There’s a big difference between being the best at the position, and having the best in your industry.
So, the best advice I can give you is to be prepared for every coaching hire.
You’ll need to prepare yourself to learn the position.
This is not just about having a deep knowledge of your market.
It’s also about having the right people in place, having the tools you need, and knowing the history of your position.
The most successful coaches have the best relationship with their players, and you want to be able to do the same.
